Terms of Use

Eligibility

You must be at least 18. You may upload only images you own or have permission to use. You must not use SwipeIQ to impersonate another person, deceive others materially, exploit minors, or create unlawful, intimate, harassing, or abusive content.

The service

SwipeIQ creates AI-generated dating photos using your selected likeness and composition references. Generation is probabilistic. Results may contain errors, may not perfectly preserve identity, and are not guaranteed to improve matches or dating outcomes. Review every image before using it.

Truthful use

You are responsible for ensuring your dating profile remains truthful. Do not use a generated scene to claim a pet, activity, possession, physique, location, or lifestyle that materially misrepresents you.

Purchases and credits

Web purchases are processed securely by Stripe. iOS purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed through RevenueCat. Web access is tied to the verified email address used before checkout; iOS purchase restoration is separate. The profile package is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. It includes 30 generation credits and up to 10 complimentary replacements for defective outputs in your initial profile. Prices on the website are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you pay. There is no automatic renewal. Prices and included usage are displayed before purchase. Sign in with the same email address to recover your web access and balance. Recovery does not replenish spent credits or replacements. On iOS, use Restore Purchases.

Each photo generation or new version uses one credit. You can request a complimentary defect replacement from an eligible initial-profile result while your replacement allowance remains. A preference change or a different scene is a new generation. Failed requests that deliver no output return the reserved credit or replacement allowance. Additional credit packs are optional one-time purchases and do not renew. Purchased credits do not expire.

Cancellations and refunds

For a web payment or refund request, contact milomitm@gmail.com with the email used at checkout and the approximate purchase date. Do not include card details. We review non-delivery, duplicate charges and product issues; any approved refund is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Refunded or disputed purchases may have their credits and access revoked or held for review. Apple controls App Store billing and refund decisions; App Store refunds must be requested through Apple. Mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected. Existing subscribers from earlier versions can manage or cancel their subscription through Apple account settings; their existing renewal terms continue to apply.

Your content and generated outputs

You retain your rights in uploaded content. You give SwipeIQ and its processors a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use delivered outputs for your personal dating profiles.

Availability and account action

We may modify or temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, security, provider limitations, or legal compliance. We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, prohibited content, chargebacks, or material violations of these terms.

Responsibility

The service is provided with reasonable care, but AI outputs and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
